心理干预对老年脑卒中后抑郁患者预后的影响

目的:对老年脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者给予心理干预并观察临床疗效。方法:将58例老年PSD患者随机分为两组,每组29例;两组患者均进行常规脑卒中药物、抗抑郁及康复治疗,心理干预组同时进行心理干预;两组治疗前、后分别进行汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、神经功能缺损(NFA)评分、Barthel生活能力指数(BI)评定、运动功能评分(FMA)检测。结果:干预组在HAMD评分、NFA评分、BI评分及FMA评分方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后干预组抑郁情绪发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异均都有统计学意义。结论:心理干预能显著减轻老年脑卒中患者伴发的抑郁情绪,并能提高疗效、改善预后,促进躯体运动功能的恢复。

Effect on Prognosis about Psychological Intervention on Post-stroke Depression in the Elderly

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of elderly after psychological intervention on post-stroke depression.Method: 58 patients were recruited and divided into 2 groups: a psychological intervention group and a control group.Both groups were treated with routine medications for stroke and anti-depressant drugs as well as rehabilitation interventions,while the psychological intervention group was also treated with psychological approaches in addition.All the patients were evaluated before and after the treatment with the Hamilton Assessment of Depression(HMAD),Neurological Function Assessment(NFA),Barthel Index(BI) and the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA).Result: The clinical effect of interference group is obviously superior to the control group in the scores of HMAD,NFA,BI and FMA(P<0.05).The incidence rate of depression in elderly was lower than that in control group after psychological intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion: Psychological intervention can lessen depression in elderly obviously,and can increase curative effect,promote the sports function rehabilitation of PSD patients.
