摘    要:目的:探讨心脏冠脉CTA伪影的产生原理及其对临床检查价值的影响。方法:通过回顾本院心脏冠脉CTA检查产生伪影的主要原因及对检查准确度的影响,总结两者的关系,并与DSA检查相对比。结果:心脏冠脉CTA检查中偏离客观现实的因素是固有的,然而却是成功的检查,这种影像几乎可以忽略不计,并且心脏冠脉CTA也具有其比DSA特殊的优势。结论:由于心脏冠脉CTA存在固有的偏离客观现实的因素,所以它不能完全取代DSA在血管检查方面的诊断作用,但它不失为一种较为新型的、有很高临床价值的检查方法。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the principle and influence of artifact in coronary artery angiography with 64-slice spiral computed tomography to clinical examinations.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the reason and influence to accuracy of artifact in coronary artery angiography with 64-slice spiral computed tomography.The results were compared with digital subtraction angiography.Results: It is a intrinsic factor that the examination results deviate from truth in coronary artery angiography with 64-slice spiral computed tomography.However,it is a kind of successful examination and the shortcoming can be neglect.on the other hand,there are some special advantage of coronary artery angiography with 64-slice spiral computed tomography compared to digital subtraction angiography.Conclusions: Because the examination results deviate from truth in coronary artery angiography with 64-slice spiral computed tomography,it can't completely replace with digital subtraction angiography in diagnosing coronary artery disease. but it can be used as a new and valuable mean to diagnose coronary artery disease.
