肠排列术治疗广泛性粘连性完全性肠梗阻疗效观察

目的：探讨和评价肠排列术对广泛性粘连性完全性肠梗阻的治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析本院自2005年4月至2009年4月收治的67例广泛性粘连性完全性肠梗阻患者的临床资料，全部患者均施行肠排列术。结果：手术成功率100％，术后肠瘘占1．49％，术后再次梗阻占2．99％；术后偶有下腹不适感4例，经观察可自行缓解消除。通过住院治疗及术后长达3年的随访观察，肠排列术的II盘床治疗效果令人满意。结论：肠排列术治疗广泛性粘连性完全性肠梗阻手术安全、治愈率较高且术后复发率低，该方法值得临床推广和应用。

Curative Effect Observation on Intestinal Plication for Extensive Adhesions Fully Ileus

Objective： To observe and evaluate the curative effect of intestinal plication. Method： Ret- rospective analygzed the data of 67 patients , They were admitted to our hospital from April 2005 to April 2009, the intestinal plication was performed on 67 patients. Reswlt：The success rate was 100% ,the rate of intestinal fistula was 1.49%, the relapse rate was 2.99%. There were 4 patients feel abdominal discomfort occasionally and could be relieve itself. According to the follow-up last for 3 years, the intestinal plication might have good curative effect. Conclnsion： The intestinal plication has a high success rate and low relapse rate. It is a safe surgery and worthy for promotion.
