中西药联合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床研究

目的:观察中西药联合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为两组。对照组单用西药常规治疗,常规剂量服用利尿剂、强心剂、硝酸酯类及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂;观察组在西药常规治疗的基础上加服中药,两组均在治疗前和治疗2个月后分别观察心功能各项指标。结果:多普勒超声心动图提示观察组左室收缩末容积、每搏输出量(SV)及射血分数(EF)显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后总有效率分别为93.33%、66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组无明显的副作用。结论:中西药联合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭可明显提高疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Research on Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective: To observe the effects of combined treatment about traditional chinese medicine and western medicine in chronic congestive heart failure.Method: 60 cases were divided into two groups.The control group only underwent conventional therapy of western medicine,and took medicine such as diuretic,cardiotonic,nitrate and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor in rule dosage.Otherwise,the observation group took the traditional Chinese medicine in addition.The indicatrix of heart function about two groups were observed before treatment and after treatment in 2 months.Result: The doppler echocardiography showed that the volume about left ventricular systole,SV,EF of observation group were superior to that of control group(P<0.05).And the total effective rate were 93.33% and 66.67%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).And there was no complilcations on them.Conclusion: It is obvious about the effects of combined treatment about traditional chinese medicine and western medicine in chronic congestive heart failure,which is worth using in clinical widely.
