颅脑创伤后发热原因分析

目的:探讨颅脑创伤后发热的原因及治疗原则。方法:回顾性分析60例中、重型闭合性颅脑创伤病人的发热情况及其处理方法和结局。结果:合并呼吸道感染发热9例(15%)脱水热20例(33%),中枢性高热26例(43%),感染性休克发热5例(8%)。处理措施包括补充血容量、广谱抗生素、物理降温等纵使办法。43例发热好转,17例呈植物生存或死亡。结论:颅脑创伤后高热有多种原因,应及时对症处理以提高生存率。

Analyze the Causes of Fever after Traumatic Brain Injury

Objective:To explore the reasons and treatment principle of fever after traumatic brain injury.Method: 60 cases with traumatic brain injury who had different fever were studied and its diagnosis,differential diagnosis were focused on.Result: 9 of 60(15%)were pneumonia fever,20 of 60(33%)were dehydration fever,26 of 60(43%)were neurologic fever and infections fever were 5 cases(8%).All cases fever were treated by adding blood volume,antimicrobial agents using,physical cooling and so on.43 of 60 had fever controlled,the rest were planty alive or death.Conclusion: There were several causes on the fever of posttraumatic brain injury.It should be treat timely in order to improve its survival rate.
