| 摘 要： | 目的：比较观察尺桡骨中、下段双骨折两种外固定方法的疗效。方法：随机分实验组50例和对照组50例,实验组采用小夹板＋旋中板外固定,不使用分骨垫;对照组采用小夹板＋分骨垫＋旋中板外固定。结果：固定早期：骨折再移位情况：实验组4例（占8%）,对照组11例（占22%）,两组比较,差别有显著性（P（0.05）;主要并发症（压迫性溃疡）发生情况：实验组1例（占2%）,对照组3例（占6%）,两组比较,差别有显著性（P（0.05）。固定中期：骨折再移位情况：实验组1例（占2%）,对照组1例（占2%）,两组无差别;主要并发症（压迫性溃疡）发生情况：实验组2例（占4%）,对照组8例（占16%）,两组比较,差别有显著性（P（0.05）。固定后期：两组均未发生骨折再移位及压迫性溃疡。结论：尺桡骨中、下段双骨折小夹板外固定过程中不使用分骨垫较使用分骨垫疗效好,并发症少。
