CD147在胃腺癌中的表达意义

目的:探讨CD147在胃腺癌中的表达意义。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测10例正常胃粘膜上皮、20例癌旁组织、60例胃腺癌组织中CD147的表达,并分析其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:CD147的表达阳性率在胃腺癌组织中显著高于正常胃粘膜上皮及癌旁组织中(P<0.01),在癌旁组织中显著高于正常组织中(P<0.05);在低分化癌组织中显著高于中分化癌组织中(P<0.05),在浸润肌层及浸润浆膜层组织中显著高于浸润粘膜下层组织中(P>0.05),在浸润肌层及浸润浆膜层组织中差异无显著性(P<0.05);在淋巴结转移组显著高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。CD147的表达阳性率与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤体积等无关(P>0.05)。结论:CD147的表达增强可能与胃癌的侵袭转移有关。CD147可能促进了胃癌的发生发展。

The Expression and Significance of CD147 in Gastric Adenocarcinoma

Objective: To investigate the expression of leucocyte differentiation antigen 147(CD147) and significance in gastric adenocarcinoma. Method: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD147 in 10 specimens of normal gastric mucosas,20 specimens of juxtacancerous tissues and 60 specimens of adenocarcinoma tissues,and analyzed significances with clinical pathological factors. Result: The expression positive rate of CD147 was much higher in carcinoma tissues than in normal gastric mucosas and juxtacancerous tissues(P<0.01),in juxtacancerous tissues than in normal gastric mucosas(P<0.05).The expression positive rate of CD147 were also much higher in poorly differentiated tissues than in moderately differentiated tissues,was higher in tissues with muscular layer and placenta percreta infiltration than those with submucosa infiltration,was higher in tissues with lymph nodes metastasis than those without lymph nodes metastasis.No significant difference was found between tissues with muscular layer infiltration and placenta percreta infiltration,and no correlation was found with sex,age and site of tumor. Conclusion: Tonic expression of CD147 may play a role in invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoenesis.CD147 may enhance the progress of gastric carcinoenesis.
