子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗产后出血19例临床分析

目的:评价子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗产后出血的疗效及并发症.方法:2009 年1 月至2011 年1 月期间,对19 例经保守治疗无效的产后出血患者,通过数字减影血管造影技术(DSA)明确出血部位后,行子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗.结果:16 例患者在栓塞后立即停止出血,3 例出血明显减少,经过一周对症治疗后,出血完全停止.栓塞后7 例出现轻度发热,5 例出现下腹胀痛,1 例出现臀部疼痛,经对症治疗得到有效缓解.结论:使用子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗产后出血,具有止血快、创伤小、并发症少、可保留生育能力等优点,有较高的临床应用价值.

Clinical Analysis of Uterine Arterial Interventional in Treatment of 19 Cases Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective: To observe the efficacy and complication of uterine arterial embolization interventional therapy on postpartum hemorrhage. Method:Chose 19 cases postpartum hemorrhage patients between Jan.2009 to Jan.2011 who were failed by conservative management,take uterine arterial embolization interventional therapy after explicit the bleedingpart by DSA. Result:After embolization interventional therapy,hemorrhage stopped rapidly in 16 cases,decreased obviously and disappeared absolutely after 1 week symptomatic treatment in 3 cases.7 cases presented with low-grade fever,5 cases with hypogastrium distendingpain and 1 case with buttocks pain. Conclusion: Uterine arterial embolization interventional therapy to cure the postpartum hemorrhage is provided with several advantage such as fast hemostasis,small trauma,less of complication and is able to keep fertility,it has a superior clinical applied value.
