颈动脉超声检查在心血管病高危人群中的临床应用

目的:探讨颈动脉超声检查在心血管病高危人群中的应用价值.方法:选取2008年3月至2010年4月在我院进行治疗的心血管病高危患者180例,根据颈动脉超声检测结果分为A组(IMT≤1.0mm)、B组(1.0mm＜IMT≤1.5mm)、C组(IMT＞1.5mm)各60例,比较三组患者的相关心血管危险因素及随访3年心脑血管事件发生率.结果:A、B两组患者心血管危险因素、冠脉血管病变及随访3年心脑血管事件发生率比较差异不大(P>0.05),C组与A、B两组患者比较均有显著差异(P<0.01),具有统计学意义.结论:颈动脉超声检查可作为心血管病诊断、评估治疗效果及预后的重要参考.

The Clinical Application of Carotid Ultrasound in Subjects with High-risk Factors of Cardiovascular Disease

Objective: To investigate the value of carotid ultrasound in subjects with high-risk factors of cardiovascular disease.Method: From March 2008 to April 2010,180 cases hospitalized patients with highrisk of cardiovascular disease were included in our hospital.According to the detection of carotid ultrasound,subjects were divided into group A(IMT ≤1.0mm),group B(1.0mm 1.5mm),and with 60 cases in each group.Statistic analysis was performed to compare the cardiovascular risk factors and the incidence of cardiocerebral vascular events in the follow-up 3-year amorg the three groups.Result: The differences of cardiovascular risk factors and incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and coronary artery lesions between group A and group B were not significant(P> 0.05),but those between group C and groups A and B were significant(P <0.01).Conclusion: Carotid ultrasound can be used as an important reference for the diagnosis and prognosis and assessment of treatment of cardiovascular disease.
