凤尾草抗衰老作用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨凤尾草醇提物对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠抗衰老作用的影响及机理.方法:70只雄性KM小鼠,随机分为空白对照组(b)、衰老模型组(m)、凤尾草醇提物低剂量组(g1),中剂量组(g2),高剂量组(g3),衰老模型采用皮下注射D-半乳糖(200 mg·kg-1·d-1制备,测定小鼠脑组织中NO含量和NOS活性的变化,同时测定其对衰老模型小鼠免疫器官的影响.结果:与正常对照组相比,衰老模型组小鼠脑组织中NO含量和NOS活性显著提高;给药组小鼠脑组织中NO含量和NOS活性显著低于衰老模型组;给药组胸腺和脾脏系数较模型组差异显著.结论:凤尾草可明显提高D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠的胸腺系数和脾脏系数,对抗小鼠脑组织自由基NO,抑制NOS活性,起抗衰老作用.

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of pteris multifida in the senescent mice induced by D-galactose.Methods: 70 male rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal group(b),senescent mouse model group(m) and low-dose group(g1),middle-dose group(g2) and high-dose group(g3).Senescent mouse model was established by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose(200 mg.kg-1.d-1) for 30 days.NO content and NOS activity were assayed respectively after homogenate and centrifugalization.The index of thymus and spleen were also be observed.Results: Compared with normal group(b),cerebral NO contents and NOS activity in senescent mouse model group(m) increased considerably.In comparison with senescent mouse model group(m),cerebral NO contents and NOS activity of the experimental group treated with extract of pteris multifida lowered significantly and the index of thymus and spleen increased significantly.Conclusion: The results showed that pteris multifida can improve immunity function,significantly suppress induced increase of both NO content and NOS activity in cerebral tissues in senescent mice,suggesting an effective anti-aging effect of pteris multifida.
