护理标识在护理风险管理中的应用体会

目的：探讨护理标识在护理风险管理中的应用效果及护理措施。方法：随机抽取2005年至2010年在我院住院就诊的患者569例，分为护理标识管理前组及护理标识管理后组，评估两组护理风险事件及患者满意度。结果：管理前患者满意度为75．00％，管理后为94．81％，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。管理前护理风险事件发生率为15．57％，管理后为2．14％，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：护理标识能显著地减少护理风险事件，增加患者的满意度，值得应用。

Study the Application of Nursing Care Sign in Nursing Risk Management

Objective： To investigate the effect and measure of nursing care sign in nursing risk management. Method： 569 patients in our hospital from 2005 to 2010 were selected and were divided into the group before nursing care sign management and the group after nursing care sign management. The nursing risk event and degree of satisfaction were evaluated. Result： The degree of satisfaction in cases was 75.00% before nursing care sign management and 94.81% after nursing care sign management, and there was significant difference between them（ P〈0.05 ）. The incidence rate in cases was 15.57% before nursing care sign management and 2.14% after nursing care sign management, and there was significant difference between them（ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： The nursing care sign can decrease the nursing risk event and increase the degree of satisfaction obviously, so it is worth being used.
