2型糖尿病患者胰岛素强化治疗低血糖分析

目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者胰岛素强化治疗低血糖发生率,低血糖时间分布特点。方法：根据病情及治疗的需要,将199例2型糖尿病分为胰岛素强化治疗组（每日注射胰岛素4次）和胰岛素非强化治疗组（每日注射胰岛素1次或2次）,比较两组病人低血糖发生率,两组病人低血糖时间分布特征。结果：强化组低血糖发生率2.33%,明显高于非强化组低血糖发生率0.70%,p〈0.05;强化治疗组空腹低血糖和三餐后2小时低血糖发生率明显高于非强化治疗组,p〈0.05;两组凌晨3点（3Am）低血糖发生率无明显差异,p〉0.05。结论：强化组低血糖发生率显著高于非强化组,三餐后2小时低血糖发生率高于非强化组。

Investigation of Hypoglycemia during Intensive Insulin Therapy in Type 2 Diabetes

Objective：To investigate the hypoglycemia incidence and the hypoglycemia time distribution characteristics of type 2 diabetes during intensive insulin therapy.Methods： According to the needs of condition and treatment,the 199 cases of type 2 diabetes were divided into intensive insulin treatment group（injection of insulin 4 times daily） and non-insulin intensive therapy group（injection of insulin once or twice daily）,then the incidences of hypoglycemia and the time distribution characteristics were compared in both groups.Results： The incidence of hypoglycemia of intensive insulin treatment group was 2.33%,significantly higher than that of non-insulin intensive therapy group in which the incidence hypoglycemia was 0.70%,（p0.05）;FBG and P2hBG of intensive insulin treatment group were significantly higher than those in the other group,（p0.05）;the incidence of hypoglycemia of the two groups at 3：00（3am） was no significant difference,（p0.05）.Conclusion： The incidence of hypoglycemia of intensive insulin treatment group was significantly higher than that in non-intensive insulin treatment group,and P2hBG was higher than that in non-intensive insulin treatment group.
