| 摘 要： | 目的探讨嗜铬粒蛋白A(CgA)在前列腺癌(PCa)中的表达及意义。方法免疫组化技术观察CgA在45例前列腺癌、30例前列腺增生症和10例正常前列腺组织中的表达。结果免疫组化CgA在前列腺癌组织、前列腺增生及正常前列腺中表达分别为64.4%、33.3%及20%。前列腺癌组与非前列腺癌组比较有显著差异(p<0.01)。结论CgA是前列腺癌组织中NE细胞和神经内分泌分化(NED)敏感的标志物,与前列腺癌的分期,分级和预后有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application of CgA as a marker in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.Methods The samples of 45 cases with prostate cancer(PCa),30 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) and 10cases of healthy subjects were examined using immunohistochemical staining with CgA.Results The expression of CgA in PCa,BPH and healthy subjects was 64.4%,33.3% and 20% respectively,and the expression of CgA in Pca was significantly higher than those in non-prostatic carcinoma(p<0.01).Conclusions CgA may be a useful marker for the determination of the neuroendocrine(NE) cells and differentiation in prostatic carcinoma.And it was correlated with stage,grade and prognosis of prostatic carcinoma. |
