| Abstract: | Objective: To study the nursing care of complications related to the first stage resection and anastomosis of left colon cancer with acute obstruction.Methods: Surgical operation was performed on 42 patients with left colon cancer during acute obstruction,and the data were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The incidence of postoperative complication was 23.8%(3 cases with hyponatremia and hypokalemia,4 lung infection,2 wound infection,1 anastomotic leakage).They were controlled after the effective treatment... |
