| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,21世纪卫生保健对护理工作提出了新的需求,现有的护理教学模式改革已势在必行。本文从教育观的改革、课程设置的改革、教学组织形式的改革、教学方法与手段的改革、教学管理制度的改革、师资队伍建设的改革等方面阐述了护理教学改革。

| Abstract: | With the development of society,health care in the 21st century brings new requirements to nursing work,so it is urgent to reform the current nursing teaching model.This paper discusses the reform of nursing teaching from aspects of educational concept,curriculum design,organizational form of teaching,teaching methods and devices,teaching management system and teaching staff construction. |
