| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法:对我院52例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折切开复位锁定钢板内固定术进行回顾。结果:按Dinest标准评估优良率为92.3%。结论:锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折,术后腕关节功能恢复较好,是治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的较好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the efficacy by using locking plates in distal radius comminuted fractures.Methods: 52 patients with distal radius comminuted fracture were retrospectively studied in the research,and the 52 patients adopted open reduction and fixation with locking plates in our hospital.Results: The excellent rate was 92.3% according to Dinest evaluation standard.Conclusion: The locking plate treatment is a better choice for distal radius comminuted fractures because the function of wrist is well recovered after the surgery. |
