| 摘 要： | 作者对同期的７０例上胸椎患者进行侧位摄影，其中３０例采取卧位摄影，优质片率达３７％，４０例采取立位摄影，优质片率达７０％，结果经卡方检验，两种方法对上胸椎侧位显示有显著差异（Ｐ＜００１），说明上胸椎立位摄影明显优于卧位摄影，并对其结果进行了分析讨论

| Abstract: | Author had Radiographed laterally 70 cases with super thoracic vertebras defect in the corresponding period,30 cases of them had been selected the lying position radiography,The rate of high quality film is 37%,and 40 cases of them had been selected the standing position radiography,It is 70%,The result had been tested by X 2-test.Two methods had significantly difference significantly to manifesting the lateral view image of super thoracic vertebras (P<0 01),It illustrates that the standing position radiography of super thoracic vertebras is prior to the lying prsition.The result had been analysed and discussed in this paper. |
