肌钙蛋白T在充血性心力衰竭患者中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨血清肌钙蛋白T(cTNT)与慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功情况及心力衰竭病因间的关系。方法使用Roche公司生产的ElecsysSystems2010全自动电化学发光免疫分析系统,检测56例不同病因、不同心功能分级的心力衰竭患者及30例同期非心血管病者对照绗的血清肌钙蛋白T水平。结果心力衰竭患者组血清cTnT测定值明显高于非心血管病患者对照组(P<0. 05);重度心衰(心功能Ⅳ级)组的血清cTnT测定值及异常检出率显著高于中度心衰(心功能Ⅲ级)组, (P<0.01),中度心衰组血清cTnT测定值及异常检出率明显高于轻度心衰(心功能Ⅱ级)组, (P<0. 05);不同病因的心力衰竭患者cTnT测定值,冠心病组与肺源性心脏病组间有差异(P<0. 05),其余各组间无明显差异(P>0. 05)。结论心力衰竭患者的血清心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTNT)升高程度与病情的严重性相一致;但血清肌钙蛋白T与心力衰竭病因间的关系还有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective Objective: To investigate the relationship between the change of serum cardiac troponinT and congestive heart failure with different heart power and different disease. Method: The serum cardiac troponinT level of 56 patients with different degree of congestive hear failure caused by different heart disease and of 30 patients with non-heart disease (the control group) was measured with Roche Elecsys Systems 2010. Results: The level of serum cardiac troponin T in patients with CHF was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05); the higher the level of serum cardiac troponinT and positive rate. the more severity of CHF; the levels of serum cardiac troponinT in CHF caused by coronary heart disease was higher than that caused by pneumonia. Conclusion: serum cardiac tropomnT level was correlated with tile severity of CHE, but tile relationship between the change of serum cardiac troponinT and CHF with diffcrent disease need further study.
