| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨波依定对肾性高血压及肾功能不全的治疗效果。方法 :10 6例慢性肾脏疾病患者 ,每日口服波依定 2 5 -2 0mg ,每日一次 ,疗程 4周 ,观测治疗前后血压、2 4小时 (h)尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮 (BUN)、血肌酐 (Scr)、内生肌酐清除率 (Ccr)的变化。结果 :治疗后血压下降明显 (P <0 0 1) ,2 4h尿蛋白定量、BUN、Scr、明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,而Ccr明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,不良反应较轻。结论 :波依定治疗肾性高血压降压作用明显 ,并可减少尿蛋白 ,保护和改善肾脏功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:Probe in the curing effect in the treatment of renal hypertension and renal insuficiency with Plendil.Methods:The 106 patients with chronic renal disease took Plendil,2.5-20mg daily,once a day the course of 4 weeks.observed the alternation of blood pressure before and after treatment,urine protein uality/24h,blood urea nitrogea(Bun),serum creatinine(Scr)and creatinine clearance rate(Ccr).Result:After the treatment,blood pressure,urine protein quantity/24h,Bun and Scr reduced apparently(P<0.05,P<0.01),meanwhlie Ccr increased (P<0.01) and light adverse reaction.Conclusion:Functions of Plendil is well in reducing renal hypertension and reducing urine protein quantity,protecting and improving reanl perfectness. |
