中医综合疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病80例分析

目的评价中医综合疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法将238例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组80例;对照组分为中药组、牵引组和手法组,每组52例。治疗组采用中药、牵引、手法推拿的综合疗法;对照组单纯予以中药或牵引或手法治疗。治疗14天,观察两组有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为91.25%,而对照组中的牵引组、手法推拿组、中药治疗组的总有效率分别为84.62%、75.00%、63.46%,χ2检验,治疗组分别与对照各组总有效率差异有显著性(p<0.05),提示治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组中的任何一组。结论治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,中医综合疗法的疗效优于纯中药或牵引或手法治疗。

Analysis on 80 Cases with Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type Treated with the Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the combined therapy for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods 236 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The control group consisted of three subgroups, each of which had 52 cases and were treated with Chinese medicine, traction therapy or massage respectively. The treatment group of 80 cases were administered with the combined therapy. The therapeutic effects were observed after the 14-day treatment. Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 91.25% while the rate in the the subgroups treated with Chinese medicine, traction therapy or massage was 84.62% , 75.00% and 63.46% respectively. Significant differences existed between the treatment group and each of the three subgroups in the control group （p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the combined therapy consisting of Chinese crude drug therapy, traction therapy or massage is considered better than any of the single therapies in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
