| 摘 要： | 本文报道８５例脊柱骨折的Ｘ线平片与ＣＴ扫描的对照研究。结果表明Ｘ线平片对脊柱骨折的诊断准确率为８４．９％，ＣＴ为９７．８％。并讨论了Ｘ线平片及ＣＴ在脊柱骨折诊断中的临床价值及限度。

| Abstract: | his article presented the compartine result of X-Ray film and CT scan of 85 cases withspinal fracture.The result showed the diagnostic accurate rate of X-Ray film is 84.9%,that of CTis 97.8%. The value and limitation of X-Ray film and CT in spinal fracture were discussed. |
