| 摘 要： | 作者对８２例道路交通事故中所致的伤残者的伤残重新评定进行了法医赔偿学分析。总结了伤残重新评定的经验与原伤残评定的疏漏和不足，讨论了改进的方法和措施，对于正用掌握和执行伤残评定标准，防止评定中的偏错，客观、公正处理交通事故，依法维护事故当事人的合法权益具有重要的意义。
