全自动血培养仪的临床应用及评价

摘    要:目的评价全自动血培养仪 (BACTEC90 5 0 )临床应用情况。方法对BACTEC90 5 0全自动血培养仪检测的 4 6 8份标本 ,捡出阳性的时间、细菌种类及阳性率进行了评估。结果BACTEC90 5 0最短检出时间 4小时 ,最长 96小时 ,2 4小时以内阳性率为 6 0 .8% ,4 8小时以内阳性率 82 .4 % ,72小时以内阳性率 94 .1% ,细菌种类 12种 ,阳性 10。 9%。结论BACTEC90 5 0无论从出现阳性的时间、检出细菌种类和阳性率均明显高于本室往年传统方法的结果 ,而且操作简便、结果快速、准确。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate an automated blood culture system.MethodsA total of 486 blood samples were detected by the BACTEC9050. Time to positivity, the types of microorganisms recovered, and the positive rate were analysed retrospectively.ResultsThe shortest time to positivity was 4h, and the longest 96h. The cumulative positive rates were 60.8% within 24h, 82.4%within 48h, and 94.1% within 72h. There were 12 types of microorganisms recovered. The positive rate was 10.9%.Conclusion The BACTEC9050 in time to positive, those of the type of microorganisms, and the positive rate were better than those of the former methods used in our laboratory.
