社区居民不良生活方式的调查及干预

目的调查社区居民不良生活方式，并探讨干预方式及其效果。方法采用整群随机抽样方法，从所辖6个居委会中各抽查1000户，采取统一格式的健康调查表调查社区居民的不良生活方式，并对结果进行统计分析；对不良生活方式采取针对性健康教育、家庭访视、电话随访、成立社区病友联谊会等措施进行干预，并分析其效果。结果社区居民的主要不良生活方式有吸烟、酗酒、高盐、高脂饮食和缺乏运动；干预后社区居民不同程度地纠正了不良生活方式，其健康知识知晓率明显提高（P〈0．01）。结论对社区居民不良生活方式采取综合干预措施能使居民树立健康意识，自觉建立良好的生活方式，减少或消除慢性疾病的危险因素和降低慢性疾病的发病率。

Investigation and Intervention about Unhealthy Lifestyle of Community Residents

Objective To investigate the unhealthy lifestyle of community residents, and approach intervention style as well as its＇ effect. Methods 1000 cases from each of the six community committees under the jurisdiction were investigated through random sampling, their unhealthy lifestyles were analyzed and intervened through targeted health education, home visits, telephone fallow-up as well as community-based patients sodality. Results There were smoking, excessive drinking, high fat diet, high salt diet and deficiency movement unhealthy lifestyle among our community residents. Their unhealthy lifestyles were corrected through composite intervention study. Conclusion The unheahhy lifestyle of community residents is able to be corrected through composite intervention study.
