过敏性紫癜体液免疫状态分析

目的对比研究过敏性紫癜(HSP)体液免疫状态,探寻其发病机理。方法随机收集HSP患儿及正常对照儿童,用免疫散射比浊法检测血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C3及C4水平,IgE用ELISA方法检测。结果过敏性紫癜患儿IgG、IgA、JgE及C4水平均明显高于正常对照组,而IgM、明显低于正常对照组,C3在两组间无显著差异;其中,紫癜性肾炎患儿IgG、IgE、C3明显低于HSP肾未受损者。结论过敏性紫癜及紫癜性肾炎患儿存在严重的免疫功能紊乱,补体激活可能在其紫癜性肾炎的发病小扮演一定角色。

hnmunnological studies of children with henoch- schonlein purpura

Objective:TO investigate pathogenesis of henoch-schonlein pm purpura (HSP) by comparing the leves of immunoglobulins and complements between patients and normal controls.Methods The serum levels oflgC,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 were detected in 42HSP,25HSPN and 58 normal controlsResults:The serum levels of IgG,IgA,IgE and C4 of patients were significantly higher than those of normal control,while IgM were lower than normal control.NO significant difference of C3 was found between the two groups.The seru levels of IgG,IgE and Cz of HSP patients without renal damage were significantly higher than those of henoch-schonlein purpura nephrits (HSPN) ones Conclusion:There are immunological disorders in patients with HSP and HSPN.Complement activation probably played a role in the pathogenesis of HSPN.
