产前超声筛查胎儿肢体末端结构性畸形漏诊及误诊分析

目的:分析超声筛查胎儿肢体末端结构性畸形漏诊、误诊原因,降低漏诊、误诊率。方法:对9 337例孕妇进行胎儿肢体超声检查,并与引产后尸体检查或产后新生儿随访结果进行比较。结果:9 337例孕妇共筛查出胎儿肢体畸形39例,超声诊断正确29例。39例肢体畸形中包括肢体末端结构性畸形19例,其中漏诊7例,误诊3例。结论:胎儿肢体末端结构性畸形超声筛查受检查者、胎儿、孕妇及羊水量等多种因素影响,仍然存在漏诊、误诊,因此检查者应充分考虑上述因素,采用多种检查技巧,减少肢体末端结构性畸形的漏诊、误诊率。

Analysis of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis on fetal distal end of limb structural deformities by prenatal ultrasonography

Objective:To study the causes of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis on distal end of limb structural deformities by Prenatal Ultrasonography,to reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Methods:9337 pregnant women were accepted fetal limbs checking with Ultrasound.The results were compared with the postnatal newborn examination or necropsy specimens of the fetal limb after termination of pregnancy.Results:In 9 337 pregnant women,39 cases of fetal limbs deformities were found,and 29 cases were diagnosed correctly by Uhrasonography.There were 19 distal end of limb structural deformities in 39 cases with fetal limbs deformities,7 cases were missed diagnosis,3 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusion:There is existed missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in fetal distal end of limb structural deformities because of the factors of examiner,fetus,pregnant woman and amniotic fluid,et al.So the examiner should consider above-mentioned factors,and use a variety of inspection techniques to reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
