抗抑郁药治疗功能性消化不良90例分析

目的观察三环类抗抑郁药治疗伴抑郁障碍的功能性消化不良(FD)患者的疗效。方法符合标准的病例90例。随机分成2组:多虑平组(A组)48例、阿米替林组(B组)42例。多虑平12.5mg,／日,每晚睡前口服,视患者反应1-2周适当加量,最大量25mg,／次,每日三次,疗程8周。阿米替林12.5mg／日,每晚睡前口服,仍视患者反应1-2周适当加量,最大量25mg/次,每日三次,疗程8周。结果治疗后A、B两组药物疗效在第1周末为45.83％和42.85％,第2、4、6、8周末分别为66.66％和64.28％、79.1％和76.19％、87.50％和85.71％、89.58％和88.09％,两组总有效率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。A、B两组患者的幅反应和复发率差别也没有统计意义(P>0.05)。结论二环类抗抑郁药治疗伴抑郁障碍的FD患者的疗效可靠,明显提高了对伴抑郁障碍的FD患者的疗效。

An analysis on 90 cases of functional dyspepsia treated by antidepressant drug

Objective:to explore the curative effect of tricyclic antidepressant drug onpatients with functional dyspepsia,method ninety patients satisfied the standard have been randomly divided into two groups: 48 cases in group A treated with doxepin,42 cases in groupB treated with amitriptyline,patients in group A take doxepin orally with a quantity of 12.5 mg in three times per day before going to bed,an additional quantity can be used considering the patient's condition after 1-2 weeks and the maximal dose was 25mg,the period of treatment continued to 8 weeks;Patients in group B have been treated in similar way.Result the effective rate are 45.83% and 42.85% respectively in the first weekend,66.66% and 64.82% in the second weekend,79.1 % and 76.19% in the fourth weekend,87.50% and 85.71% in the sixth weekend,89.58% and 88.09% in the eighth weekend.The total effective rate has no difference between two groups(P>0.05),and also on side effect and recurrence rate (p>0.05).conclusion tricyclic antidepressant drug improved the curative effect for functional dyspepsia concomitant with depression.
