| 摘 要： | 目的:分析生血宁治疗肿瘤相关性贫血的疗效及其意义。方法:根据治疗背景相同的生血宁和无特殊治疗两组肿瘤患者病例资料研究,分析治疗前后贫血相关指标及生活质量评分的情况。结果:生血宁组患者治疗后Hb、RBC、HCT值,总体较治疗前均有所提高,其中Hb、RBC值较治疗前及对照组有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后生血宁组患者总体生活质量较治疗前及对照组有所提高,且有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:生血宁能改善肿瘤相关性贫血患者的贫血状态,具有一定的研究推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective：Analyze the efficacy of Shengxuening in treatment of oncology-related anemia and its significance.Methods：Two groups of cancer patients with the same treatment background were collected.One was treated with Shengxuening（Shengxuening group）,the other has no special treatment（control group）.Anemia related index and quality of life score before and after the treatment were comparatively investigated.Results：Compared with before treatment,there is a overall increasing in Hb,RBC,HCT value of Shengxuening group,and the value of Hb and RBC had significant differences comparing with control group（P＜0.05）.The overall quality of life score increased significantly after Shengxuening treatment,and the difference was statistical significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion：Shengxuening can improve patients＇ condition of oncology-related anemia and has certain promotional value. |
