个性化基台及牙龈瓷修复在美学种植上的应用

目的:观察应用牙龈瓷恢复缺牙区牙槽骨严重吸收所致牙龈组织缺损的临床效果和技术要点。方法:2006年7月至2011年10月采用个性化二氧化锆基台及牙龈瓷修复23例前牙缺失伴骨缺损的患者。共植入种植体38枚,使用个性化二氧化锆基台38个,二氧化锆全瓷冠永久修复38个。结果:23例牙槽骨缺损采用个性化二氧化锆基台及牙龈瓷修复。永久修复后患者满意度调查满意100%,随访至今种植体无脱落松动,种植体存留率100%,个性化二氧化锆基台螺丝无断裂及松动,二氧化锆全瓷冠无脱落及崩瓷。结论:牙龈瓷可有效恢复缺牙区牙槽骨严重吸收所致的凹陷牙龈的形态及色泽,形成与相邻天然牙较为协调的颈缘线,取得较好的美学修复效果。

Application of personalized gum base and gingival porcelain restorations in aesthetic implantation

Objective：To observe the clinical effects and technical points of the application of gingival porcelain in restoring the gum tissue defects caused by missing teeth and alveolar bone of serious suck.Methods：From July 2006 to October 2011,personalized zirconium dioxide base and gingival porcelain restoration are adopted in order to repair 23 cases of anterior teeth missing in patients with bone defects.A total number of 38 implants were embedded.38 personalized zirconium dioxide base were used,and 38 zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crowns were permanently repaired.Results：23 cases of alveolar bone defects were repaired by the method of personalized zirconium dioxide base and gingival porcelain restoration.The survey of satisfaction rates among the patients who have undertaken the permanent repair are 100%.The recent follow-up shows that there is no defulvium and loosening of the implants.The retention rate of these implants is 100%.There is no breakage and loosening of the personalized zirconium dioxide base screw,and no defulvium and exfoliation are found of zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crowns.Conclusion：Gingival porcelain can effectively restore the shape and color of the depressed gums which are caused by the severe absorption of the alveolar bone in missing teeth,and form the compatible neck edge line with the adjacent natural teeth.It achieves better aesthetic restoration effect.
