健脾温中法对脾胃虚寒型肠易激综合征模型大鼠生长抑素影响的实验研究

摘    要:采用束缚应激刺激 2周加灌服番泻叶煎剂的方法造成脾胃虚寒型肠易激综合征大鼠模型 ,观察健脾温中法 (肠祺方 )对脾胃虚寒型肠易激综合征模型大鼠胃肠激素生长抑素 (SS)的实验作用。结果 :模型组大鼠血浆及肠组织中SS较正常明显升高 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :大剂量肠祺方可显著改善大鼠的腹泻症状 ,降低已经升高的SS ,舒特对血浆及组织中的SS影响不明显

Abstract:Using the method of binding,stress and stimulation addi ng taking senna decoction for two weeks,the rats model of irritable bowel syndrome of insufficie ncy of the spleen yang was made. To observe experimental effective of rats gas tro intestine hormone somatostatin(SS),using invigorating spleen and warming mi ddle energizer method(Chang Qi Fang)to insufficiency of the spleen yang IBS.The result indicated that in model group,the SS of rats plasma and intestine tissure is much higher than normal group( P <0.05).The large dose Chang Qi Fang can clearly improve diarrhoea symptoms of rats and decreasing content of rised SS.Wh ile the Dicete is not clearly showing to SS in plasma and tissure.Experimental r es earch showed that Chang Qi Fang has apparently regulating effect to SS in rats p lasma and intestine tissure.
