理肺止咳汤煮散剂药效学实验研究

目的：考察理肺止咳汤煮散剂的药理作用。方法：采用各种实验性模型,给予大、小鼠、豚鼠灌胃不同剂量理肺止咳汤煮散剂,观察理肺止咳汤对氨水致小鼠咳嗽的影响、对磷酸组胺诱发豚鼠哮喘的影响、对小鼠气管酚红排泌的影响、对大鼠被动皮肤过敏性的影响等。结果：理肺止咳汤能延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和减少咳嗽次数;理肺止咳汤能延长豚鼠的引喘潜伏期;理肺止咳汤能增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量;理肺止咳汤能降低大鼠被动过敏蓝斑皮肤OD值。结论：理肺止咳汤煮散剂有一定的止咳、平喘和化痰作用,能增强大鼠抗过敏能力。

Pharmacodynamic Study on the Boiling Powder of Lifei zhiketang

Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of the boiling powder of Lifeizhiketang Methods: Using a variety of experimental models,giving rats,mice and guinea pigs different doses of boiling powder of Lifeizhiketang.Observating the influence of boiling powder of Lifeizhiketang on ammonia-induced cough in mice,phosphorylation histamine-induced asthma in guinea pigs,tracheal secretion of phenol red in mice and passive cutaneous allergic in rat.Results: The boiling powder of Lifeizhiketang can prolong the incubation period and reduce the cough frequency;and the boiling powder of Lifeizhiketang can extend the latent period of asthma in guinea pigs;the boiling powder of Lifeizhiketang can increase the amount of tracheal secretion of phenol red;and the boiling powder of Lifeizhiketang can reduce rat passive skin allergy OD value of blue spots.Conclusion: The boiling powder of Lifeizhiketang has the ability of suppress cough,asthma and phlegm,can enhance the ability of anti-allergic.
