六气大司天理论的形成与现代研究述评

六气大司天理论源于“元会运世说”。明清医家试图以运气的变化说明不同历史时期医家的诊疗特点与学术思想变化，现代也有学者对此持肯定态度，并以六气大司天理论来说明中医学术流派的演变。但从历代医家与六气大司天理论的比较，以及历史气候变迁与六气大司天理论的对照研究来看，并不能得出中医学术流派的形成与六气大司天相关的结论，况且中医学术流派的形成与演变有着复杂的医学、社会、文化、生态等多方面的原因，无论是六气大司天理论，还是气候的寒温变迁，都不可能是中医学术流派演变的决定因素。
