壳聚糖胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的：研究壳聚糖胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法：设低（0.167g/kg·bw）、中（0.333g/kg· bw）、高（1.000g/kg·bw）剂量组与对照组,进行迟发型变态反应、ConA诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化、抗体生成细胞检测、半数溶血值测定（HC50）、碳廓清、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞及NK细胞活性实验.结果：高剂量显著增加迟发型变态反应能力、淋巴细胞转化能力、抗体生成细胞数和HC50;中、高剂量显著增加NK细胞活性;各剂量对小鼠体重增长、脏/体比值及单核-巨噬细胞功能无明显影响.结论：壳聚糖胶囊具有增强免疫力的功能.

Effects of Chitosan Capsule on Immune Function in Mice

Objective： To study the effects of chitosan capsule on the immune function in mice. Methods：Low（0. 167 g/kg · bw） and medium（0.333 g/kg · bw） and high（ 1. 000 g/kg · bw） dose and control group were established. The experiments of DTH,lymphocyte transformation capacity induced by CoA, antibody producing spleen cells, HC50, carbon clearance,peritoneal macrophages phagocytosis of chicken red blood cells and NK cell activity were done. Results ： high dose could markedly enhance the abilities of DTH, lymphocyte transformation, antibody producing spleen cells and HC50 ; medium dose and high dose could markedly increase the activity of NK cells; there were no marked effects on the ratios of spleen/body and thymus/body weight, carbon clearance ability and peritoneal macrophages phagoeytosis of chicken red blood cells. Conclusion：Chitosan capsule can enhance the immune function in mice.
