| 摘 要： | 目的：制备抑郁症大鼠模型,观察热敏灸＂百会＂对抑郁症大鼠模型行为学结果的影响,了解热敏灸＂百会＂治疗抑郁症的效果。方法：用雌性SD大鼠,采用孤养和慢性不可预见性温和应激（CUMS）制备抑郁症大鼠模型。以Open-Field测试大鼠的直立活动和水平活动得分;以1h内大鼠摄入饮用水和蔗糖水量计算糖水消耗百分比;以Morris水迷宫测试大鼠的学习记忆力。结果：与模型组相比,热敏灸组大鼠的水平活动得分和直立活动得分均增加;糖水消耗百分比升高;逃避潜伏期缩短。结论：热敏灸＂百会＂具有改善抑郁症的效果。 |
