降香挥发油提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:优选从降香中提取挥发油的最佳工艺条件。方法:用共水蒸馏法和CO2超临界萃取法两种方法提取降香油,并以挥发油的得率、性状和反式橙花叔醇的含量为考察指标,确定挥发油的提取方法;再以挥发油得率为指标,考察影响挥发油提取的因素,包括药材细度、浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间,优选最佳提取工艺条件。结果:共水蒸馏法提取得到的挥发油较澄清,且降香油中的橙花叔醇含量较高,优于CO2超临界萃取法;降香挥发油的最佳提取工艺为药材切成段,加入6倍量的水、浸泡4 h、提取16 h,利用此工艺提取降香挥发油的得油率大大提高,可达2.10%。结论:该方法简单易行、成本低,可用于降香挥发油的提取工艺。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the best extraction technical condition of volatile oil from Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae.Methods:To ensure the extraction technics of volatile oil by using mixed material-water distillation and SFE-CO2 to extract volatile oil and making the yield of volatile oil,character and the content of isonerolidol indicators.To optimize the best extraction technical condition of volatile oil by making the yield of volatile oil indictors,studing the factors that influence the extraction of volatile oil: the granularity of medical material,the time of immersion,the amount of water,the time of extraction.Results:Compared with the SFE-CO2 the volatile oil extracted by mixed material-water distillation is dearer and the content of nerolidol is larger.The best extraction technic: cutting the herbs to be segments,adding in 6 times the amount of water,immersing 4 hours,extracting 16 hours.By this technic,the yield of volatile oil can be raised to 2.10%.Conclusion:This technic is easy to operate and spends few.It can be used in the extracting of volatile oil from Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae.
