单核细胞趋化因子-1、高敏C反应蛋白与2型糖尿病大血管病变关系的研究

摘    要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP—1)、高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平的变化及其与大血管病变的关系。方法选择2型糖尿病患者62例,其中2型糖尿病并发大血管病变组(A组)32例,无大血管病变组(B组)30例,另选择30例健康者为对照组(C组)。分别测定3组患者血清中MCP—1、hsCRP水平,并进行相关性分析。结果A组和B组血清MCP-1、hsCRP水平均高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);A组明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。相关分析:血清MCP—1与hsCRP正相关(r=0.748,P〈0.05)。结论血清hsCRP、MCP-1水平的检测对预测2型糖尿病大血管病变的发生发展有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Objecive To explore the changes of serum monocyte chemoattractant protein -1 ( MCP - 1 ), hypersensitivity C - reactive protein ( hsC - RP) and the relations of them to vascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Sixty - two caseswith type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups:group A (n : 32) was with macrovascular complication and group B (n = 30) without. Thirty healthy subjectswere selected as control group( group C). The serum MCP- 1, hsC - RP was determined and correlate analyze in the three groups were also done. Results The level of MCP - 1 ,hsC - RP in group A and B was significantly higher than that in group C( P 〈0.01 ), while it was higher in diabetic patients with macrovascular complications than that in diabetic patients without macrovascular complications( P 〈 0. 01 ). Correlation analysisindicated that there existed positive correlations between MCP - 1 and hsC - RP ( r = 0. 748, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The hsC - RP, MCP - 1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus and its macrovascular complications and can be applied to predict the development of macrovascular diseases as an early predicator.
