依沙丫啶联合米非司酮用于终止中期妊娠疗效观察

目的观察依沙丫啶联合米非司酮用于终止中期妊娠的临床效果。方法选择90例孕17—28周要求终止妊娠的健康妇女，随机分为实验组（50例）和对照组（40例）。实验组口服米非司酮150mg后经羊膜腔内注射依沙丫啶100mg，对照组予依沙丫啶100mg羊膜腔内注射，比较两组Bishop宫颈成熟度评分、规律宫缩发动时间、引产时间、产后2h内出血量及胎膜残留率。结果实验组规律宫缩发动时间、宫颈成熟度评分、引产时间、产后2h内出血量，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），胎膜残留率两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论米非司酮与依沙丫啶配伍用于中期妊娠引产是一种较理想的方法。

Effect of rivanol combined with mifepristone on midterm labor induction

Objective To observe the clinical effects of rivanol combined with mifepristone for the induction of labor in mid - pregnancy. Methods We selected 90 healthy pregnant women of 17 -28 weeks, demanding termination of pregnancy. They were randomly divided into experiment group （ n = 50 ）and control group（ n = 40）. Before injecting rivanol 100 mg into amniotic through the abdominal cavity, the women in the experiment group were orally given mifepristone 150 mg total. While the control group was alone treated with rivanol 100 mg by amniotic injection. Two groups were compared on the time of induced labor, total stage of labor, bleeding quantity of 2 hours postpartum, the rate of curettage. Results In the experiment group, induced labor time and total stage of labor were shorter than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The amount of bleeding of 2 hours after fetal disengagement in the experiment group was significantly less than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of curettage in the experiment group was the same compared with the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions Mifepristone combined with rivanol is an ideal method of the induction of labor in mid - pregnancy.
