Twist、上皮性钙黏附素和神经性钙黏附素在肝细胞肝癌中的表达及意义

目的观察肝细胞肝癌（HCC）组织中Twist、上皮性钙黏附素（E—cadherin）、神经性钙黏附素（N—cadherin）的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测64例HCC组织及20例癌旁组织中Twist、E—cadherin、N—cadherin的表达，并分析其I临床病理意义。结果Twist及N—cadherin在肝细胞癌组织中的表达率均高于癌旁组织（68．8％，40．0％VS62．5％，35．0％，P〈0．05）；E—cadherin的表达率分别为51．6％、75．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。HCC组织中，Twist与E—cadherin的表达呈负相关（r=-0．343，P〈0．05），与N—cadherin的表达呈正相关（r=0．329，P〈0．05），E—cadherin及N—cadherin的表达呈负相关（r=-0．272，P〈0．05）。三者表达水平均与组织分级、肿瘤转移有关（P〈0．05）。结论Twist和N—cadherin的高表达及E—cadherin的低表达与HCC的发生、发展、浸润和转移相关。

Expression and significance of Twist,E - cadherin and N - cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Twist, E -cadherin and N - cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma （ HCC ）. Methods The expression of Twist, E - cadherin and N - cadherin in HCC and adjacent issues were detected in 64 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma and 20 cases of adjacent normal tissue specmens by immunohistochemical method, and its clinical significance were analyzed. Results The expression of Twist and N - cadherin in HCC were higher than that in the adjacent tissues（68.8% , 40.0% vs 62.5%, 35.0% , P 〈0.05） ; The expression of E - cadherin were 51.6% and 75.0% , respectively （ P 〈0.05）. In HCC tissue, the expression of Twist and E - Cadherin was negatively correlated （ r = - 0. 343, P 〈 0.05 ） , and the expression of Twist and N - Cadherin expression was positively correlated （ r = 0.329, P 〈 0.05 ）, E - Cadherin and N- Cadherin expression was negatively correlated（ r = -0. 272, P 〈0.05 ）. The expressions of Twist, E - Cadherin and N - Cadherin were closely correlated with tumor grade, metastasis （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The high expressions of Twist and N - Cadherin, low expression of E - cadherin are closely related to the biological behavior of hepatocellular carcinoma.
