| 摘 要： | 目的观察甲钴胺对大鼠周围神经损害的修复作用。方法以SD大鼠坐骨神经建立周围神经损害动物模型,以坐骨神经传导速度为观察指标,考察甲钴胺对周围神经损害的修复作用。结果甲钴胺给药4周后能显著改善大鼠周围神经损害。结论甲钴胺对周围神经损害有确切的修复作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the recovery action of methycobal to peripheral nerve crush lesion in rats.Methods Sciatic nerve crush lesion model were established in rats and the conduction velocity of sciatic nerve were observed.Results At the end of 4 weeks,methycobal can obviously recover the sciatic crush lesion in rats.Conclusion Methycobal shows recovery effect on the peripheral crush lesion. |
