阴囊纵隔皮瓣尿道成形术在尿道下裂治疗中的体会

目的 探讨阴囊纵隔皮瓣尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂的疗效，术中术后的处理要点及该术式的优缺点。方法 本组5例阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂均采用阴囊纵隔皮瓣尿道成形术治疗。结果 5例均手术成功，术后随访1a无并发症发生。结论 阴囊纵隔带蒂皮瓣是治疗阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂的良好术式，有手术成功率高的优点，也有外形欠美观的缺点，但仍不失为一种良好的术式选择。

Urethroplasty for Hypospadias Repair Using Scrotal Septal Flap

Objective Objective To investigate the efficacy of urethroplasty for hypospadias using scrotal septal flap, intra- and post-operative treatment highlight and the advantage and disadvantage of the surgical approach. Methods In entire group, 5 cases of penoscrotal hypoapadias were treated with urethroplasty using scrotal septal flap. Results All 5 cases experienced smooth operation, in the absence of complications during a 1-year follow-up period. Conclusion Scrotal septal pedicel flap used for urethroplasty proves to be a favorable surgical approach to treating the penoscrotal hypoapadias, possesses advantage such as higher success rate for surgery but disadvantage such as less cosmetic outlook, and remained to a favorable surgical approach alternative.
