面部基底细胞癌术后缺损的修复治疗

目的探讨面部基底细胞癌术后缺损的修复方法，评价鼻唇沟皮瓣等对手术创面的修复效果。方法总结分析27例面部基底细胞癌切除术后分别应用鼻唇沟皮瓣、前额皮瓣、耳后皮瓣和全厚游离皮瓣，转移修复创面的临床效果。堵果全部病例转移皮瓣Ⅰ期存活，面容无明显畸形，外耳道口无狭窄；21例随访2a，无复发。6例随访1a以上，修复区无复发，其中2例在供皮区出现种植转移，无死亡病例。结论手术切除面部基底细胞癌，转移皮瓣修复创面是最佳治疗方法。

Repairing Defects after Operation of Facial Basal Cell Carcinoma

Objective To explore the methods for repairing defects after the operation of facial basal cell carcinoma, and to evaluate the effectiveness of nasolabial fold flaps in the repair of surgical traumatic surface. Methods The clinical efficacies of transferring flaps, such as nasolabial fold flaps, forehead flaps, rear-ear flaps and free full-thickness skin graft, were summarized and analyzed in the repair of wound surface in 27 patients with facial basal cell carcinoma following basal cell carcinoma resection. Results The transferring flaps in all cases were survived at stage one, in the absence of obvious facial deformation and external auditory canal stricture. Of all 27 cases, 21 were followed-up for 2 years and no recurrence was noted, while another 6 were followed-up for more than one year without recurrence in repairing areas, among whom 2 were in the presence of implantation metastasis at donor sites. And no dead case was found. Conclusion Transferring flaps following facial basal cell carcinoma resection can proves to be the best curing method used for repairing surgical traumatic surface.
