临床护理绩效评价指标体系的设计

摘    要:目的:建立医院临床护理工作绩效的评价指标体系,可用于评价、比较不同医院、科室、个人的护理绩效大小。方法:用KPI关键指标法筛选评价指标,建立评价指标体系,用层次分析法确定各指标的权重系数,用综合指数法评价护理绩效的大小。结果:建立了一套包含临床护理工作效率、效益、质量、服务、成长与进步的完整的绩效评价指标体系。结论:可以科学合理地横向、纵向比较、评价医院、科室、个人之间临床护理工作绩效大小,为护理业绩评价、绩效分配、评优树先、奖惩晋级和人力资源配置等提供参考依据。

Abstract:Objectives: To design a performance evaluation index system to evaluate and compare different hospitals, different department in the same hospital and individual performance. Methods: KPI methods was used to screening key indictors and establish index system. The weight coefficients of the indexes of each layer were ascertained with hierarchy process analysis. Hospital performances were estimated with comprehensive indexes. Results: A total performance evaluation index system involving clinical nursing efficiency, effectiveness, quality, service, growth and development has established. Conclusions: The index system can evaluate hospital, department and individual' s performance. The indictors are comparable, so it can assess different, different department and different individual' s performance. It can be an important reference for nursing performance evaluation, performance allocation, rewarding, punishment and human resource allocation.
