| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对医护人员灾害救援专业技能进行调查和研究，为提高我国灾害救援水平提供理论和实践支持。方法：采用文献资料调查法、问卷调查法和访谈法，用分层随机抽样和整群抽样相结合的方法，以我国东北三省6所三甲医院的2496名医护人员为研究对象。结果：大多数医护人员对参加现场进行灾害救援工作感到无信心。医护人员灾害救援专业技能水平低下，省会城市和其他城市医护人员灾害救援专业技能之间有差异性（P〈0．05）。绝大多数医护人员认为提高其灾害救援专业技能水平的最有效方法是开展灾害医学继续教育。结论：目前医护人员灾害救援专业技能水平较低，应大力开展灾害医学继续教育以提高我国灾害救援整体水平。
