| 摘 要： | 以TD—SCDMA为通信基础，分析远程医疗的核心业务，与现有医疗信息系统之间的内在联系，采用移动无线设备建立基于3G网络的远程医疗服务平台。重点解决利用初始会话协议SIP实现基于3G网络远程诊断及会诊服务的工作流程，通过3G网络进行医疗影像数据传输并在掌上电脑（PDA）上显示关键技术。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the key technology of telemedicine based on 3G network. The kernel session of telemedicine and the inside relationship to the current hospital information system are analyzed. The telemedicine platform based on 3G mobile wireless infrastructure is established. The work process of remote diagnosis by initial Session Initiation Protocol （ SIP ） through 3G network is the core problem. Medical image data delivery and display to PDA based on 3G. network is the core technology. |
