| 摘 要： | 广州医学院护理学院运用医学模拟教学创新了护理技能训练模式，借助高端智能模型（ECS模拟人）创设出患有不同疾病的模拟病人用于护理技能训练，通过设置相应的参数，使得病人的“病情”可以不断的变化，学生根据病情变化的需要，为病人提供相应的护理措施，从而有效地运用已学护理理论和技能，综合训练护生的临床护理思维能力、病情观察能力、应急应变能力、团队协作精神、组织管理能力、交流沟通能力等，从而增强了学生参与课堂教学的主动性，推进了综合性实验课程的开发，有效地解决了临床见习中遇到的实际困难。问卷调查表明90％以上学生对教学效果表示满意。

With the development of high technological, ECS could simulate different disease for nursing skill training.
