我国医院信息系统新进展及面临的任务

本文回顾了我国医院信息系统二十年发展的历史,由单机单任务发展到多机多任务,直到普遍建设的基于微机局域网和文件服务器的用xBASE开发的部门级信息系统.列举了近年来的新进展,特别强调九十年代中期出现的一体化医院信息系统是我国医院信息系统发展的里程碑.论述了一体化医院信息系统的四个基本特征局域网络、集中式数据库、自顶向下的一体化设计和数据的共享.文中还列举了当前我国医院信息系统发展中的问题,这些问题既有技术层面的又有管理层面的,有来自开发商的,也有来自医院的.该文还着重探讨了我国医院信息系统当前的任务及未来的主要发展方向.这包括管理信息系统进一步完善;临床信息系统建设;信息标准化建设;医学知识表达方法研究和医学知识库建设;IT新技术在HIS中的应用以及当前热门的电子病历和PACS建设中的问题.

NEW PROGRESS AND TASKS OF HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM IN CHINA

It reviews the two decade history of hospital information system development in China, from single machine tasks to multi - machine tasks and spreading XBASE - developed departmental information system based on local area network and file server. It also chronicles recent progress and particularly emphasizes the integrated hospital information system that emerged in middle 90s as a milestone in hospital information system development in China . It addresses four basic characteristics of integrated hospital information system: local area network, centralized database, top- to- bottom integrated design and data sharing. It takes some examples of problems in Chinese hospital information system development. These problems are coming either from technical aspects or from management aspects, and also from vendors and hospitals themselves. It explores current tasks and future trend of hospital information system, such as further improvement of management information system, constr!uction of clinical information system, construction of information standardization, research in medical knowledge expression and construction of medical knowledge database, new information technology application to hospital information system and currently popular electronic medical records and the problems in building PACS.
