| 摘 要： | 手术室是为病人提供手术及抢救的场所,是医院的重要核心技术部门。手术室的正常、高效、科学运行关系到了所有外科科室及与手术相关科室的整体效率。因此,针对目前手术科室术前等待时间过长,手术台次安排低效的情况,通过专家咨询、调查问卷、头脑风暴、六西格玛等方法就关系手术整体运转的关键环节--手术接台管理进行探讨和改革,破除制约手术科室的瓶颈,提高手术科室的效率。

| Abstract: | The operating room provides the surgery and the rescue for the patient, which is the hospital core technologiesdepartment. Operating room normally, highly and scientifically running related to all surgical department efficiency. Sufferedfrom excessively long waiting before operation and the low efficiency of operation table distribution, expert consulting, questionnaire,brains storm and Six sigma were used to promote operation table distribution management and improve operation room efficiency. |
