| 摘 要： | 在研究型医院发展战略牵引下,天津市第一中心医院器官移植中心以临床需求为导向,瞄准国际医学前沿技术,坚持以新的医学知识和医疗技术的产生与传播为使命,坚持临床与科研统筹兼顾协调发展,在自主创新中不断催生高层次人才和高水平成果,着力打造一支高层次的移植团队,构建高水平的国际交流平台,推动了临床诊疗水平持续提高。

| Abstract: | With the guideline or＇ research hospital strategy, organ transplantation center in Tianjin the 1st central hospital aiming at the progress of medical technology, insisting on developing and diffusing medical edge technology and knowledge and insisting on clinical servive provision and research coordinating development, a qualified organ transplantation team has been shaped and a top international communication platfiorm has been established, which has been promoted treatment sustainable improvement. |
