| 摘 要： | 医院信息公开楚提高医院运行透明度，促进医疗质量改进，加强社会监督的重要举措。为总结医院信息公开的经验，对英国、台湾地区医院信息公开的内容、程序及救济途径进行了分析，提出国内应加强医院信息公开立法，扩大信息公开内容和范围。 |

| Abstract: | ftospital information disclosure is importanl to improve the transparency of the hospital management, promote the medical qualily and strengthen tile social supervision of hospitals. To sum up experience of hospital information disclosure, this paper analyses the content, procedure and approach to benefit relief of hospital information disclosure in the UK and Taiwan region, and puts forward China should strengthen the hospital information disclosure legislation and expand the content and scope of hospilal information disclosure. |
