提高手术室效率的方法研究

目的：研究如何采取有效措施打破手术室在缩短平均住院日中的瓶颈,发挥手术室资源的效率和效益。方法：我们收集并回顾分析北京大学第三医院在手术室效率和产出方面的有关数据,同时,访谈并分析应用麻醉恢复室并优化手术室流程、适当的薪酬激励机制、合理的人力资源配置、严格制度准时开始手术、标准化手术时间等管理方法及效果。结果：医院平均住院日持续降低,总手术例数同比增长;手术台日均手术量增加;手术开台时间提前,手术周转时间缩短,在保证患者安全和满意的情况下手术资源利用效率明显提高,平均住院日平稳下降。结论：优化手术室流程、适当的薪酬激励机制、合理的人力资源配置、严格制度,准时开始手术、标准化手术时间有助于提高手术室效率和效益。

Study on methods of optimizing efficiency and performance of the operating room
